Facilitated by Katie Wise
Many of us learned early on to manage or suppress our emotions rather than understand them. Over time, this can make it harder to trust what we feel, communicate clearly, or stay regulated in relationships.
In Human Design, there are two primary emotional patterns: Emotional and Non-Emotional. About half of people experience emotions in natural waves, while the other half tend to feel steady internally but take in and amplify the emotions of others. Neither is better or worse, each simply has different needs.
This workshop offers a practical, compassionate look at how these emotional patterns work, how they affect our relationships, and what becomes possible when we stop judging ourselves for the way we feel. Understanding your emotional design can bring relief, clarity, and more ease in everyday life.
The experience integrates Human Design with nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and parts work to support emotional resilience and self-trust.
Before the workshop, participants will provide their birth date, time, and location so their Human Design chart can be created and their emotional type identified. During the workshop, name tags will indicate Emotional or Non-Emotional to support conversation and connection.

About Katie
Katie has been a documentary filmmaker for over a decade, traveling around the world following people of different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. She has spent hundreds of hours interviewing and capturing the most intimate details of people's lives.
Her coaching work, Wise Talk, builds upon this understanding of human behavior. She intuitively follows the deeper story left untold, the one shaped by subconscious fears, patterns and beliefs. And that is what she helps people bring to light, so that they can create breakthroughs in their life.
Certified as a practitioner in Dr. Aimie Apigian's Biology of Trauma and double certified as a Human Design reader, she brings together the science of nervous system work and biological trauma responses, with the energetic blueprint of Human Design and Kabbalah.
Katie is passionate about helping people reveal and remember their own story, by blending together science with wisdom.
