Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to shift the nervous system and move energy through the body. Through guided breath patterns, stored tension softens and the mind quiets. The breath becomes a bridge between conscious awareness and unconscious holding, allowing for release, insight, and reconnection. Breathwork can be grounding, energizing, or deeply cathartic, depending on the style and intention of the practice.
