This four-month immersive is designed to support deeper self-awareness, greater emotional clarity, and a more intentional way of living.

Rather than focusing on concepts alone, the work centers on direct experience – how patterns show up in the body, in thought, and in relationship. Through guided exploration, participants begin to recognize these patterns more clearly and develop the capacity to respond differently.

Led by Wellspring Co-Founders, Dr. Kelly Waggoner and Farnaz Reneker, the program integrates psychological insight, somatic awareness, and experiential practices that support lasting change. The structure allows for both understanding and application, so that what you learn becomes something you can use.

Over time, this process supports a shift from automatic reaction to more conscious, informed choice.

The space is designed to offer a pause from the pace of everyday life – allowing your system to slow down and your attention to return to what’s present.

Wellspring’s environment supports a sense of calm, focus, and ease, making it easier to engage with the work in a more open and grounded way. When the body is more settled, it becomes easier to notice patterns, emotions, and responses as they arise.

This is not a separate or removed experience. The space supports a way of working that can carry into how you move through your daily life.

Dr. Kelly Waggoner

Clinical Psychologist and Co-Founder of Wellspring, Dr. Kelly brings over two decades of experience in depth psychology, trauma-informed care, and integrative healing. Her work focuses on helping individuals understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and developing the tools needed for lasting, embodied change.

Farnaz Reneker

Co-Founder of Wellspring and founder of The Temple Architect, Farnaz works through intuitive and experiential modalities that support deeper awareness of the body, breath, and internal states. She creates environments that allow individuals to access insight beyond the cognitive level and integrate it through direct experience.

Together, they offer a balanced approach – bridging psychological understanding with experiential awareness – so that insight becomes something you can recognize and apply in your daily life.

This immersive program spans more than 20 areas of focus, woven across six months of progressive, experiential work.

The material is woven into a structured, progressive process that supports deeper understanding, more regulated responses, and greater clarity in how you relate to yourself and others. Each facilitator brings her area of expertise into these domains, offering both psychological insight and experiential practices that support how the work is understood and applied.

Throughout the immersive, we work with:

• Recognizing patterns that shape perception, behavior, and emotional responses

• Developing the capacity to regulate the nervous system and remain present through a range of experiences

• Bringing awareness to less visible aspects of self that influence thought and behavior

• Understanding triggers and relational dynamics as pathways for self-awareness

• Strengthening the observing capacity to create more choice in how you respond

• Exploring creativity and imagination as expressions of a more integrated system

• Building trust in intuition as a form of internal guidance

• Identifying inherited or learned patterns that continue to shape current experience

• Establishing simple, consistent practices that support reflection and integration

• Developing a more sustainable relationship to energy, self-care, and daily life

Each area is explored through direct experience, so that insight becomes something you can recognize and apply beyond the program itself.

The work builds over time, creating a foundation for lasting change rather than temporary shifts.

This work is for women who have already begun the process of self-discovery and are ready to deepen it in a more intentional and embodied way.

It tends to resonate with those who are willing to meet themselves with honesty – refining their awareness of patterns, strengthening discernment, and expanding their capacity in how they think, feel, and relate.

What matters most is a willingness to engage with the process, to stay present with what arises, and to integrate what is seen into how you live.
