Dr. Kelly lives in Palos Verdes and grew up in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
As a clinical psychologist and integrative wellness expert, she is known for her innovative approach to whole-person healing, combining evidence-based modalities, somatic awareness, mindfulness, spirituality, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. Rooted in nature’s wisdom and ancient spiritual traditions, she blends timeless teachings with modern psychology to guide individuals and communities on integrative paths to healing and growth.

Farnaz N. Reneker
Co-Founder // Sound Meditation
Farnaz lives in Hermosa Beach and is originally from the East Coast.
As a vibrational healing facilitator, Farnaz merges the natural laws of sound, color, geometry, and form to create an environment where the client’s body wisdom and higher self work with the quantum field to induce balance, harmony, and homeostasis. As a mystic, she strives to bring forth knowledge and insight of the mysteries of the universe into the mainstream through workshops, courses, and private sessions. Jeri lives in Hermosa Beach and grew up in Carlsbad, California within one of the earliest American Ashtanga yoga lineages.
She began practicing yoga as a teenager, following her mother who studied directly with K. Pattabhi Jois in India. With decades of lived practice, Jeri brings a depth of lineage and embodied understanding to her teaching. Her classes emphasize connection and the collective experience of yoga as a unifying and joyful practice.

Tessa lives in Manhattan Beach and has lived in Florida, Boston, New York, and Sydney.
With a lifelong background in ballet, dance, and performance, she brings refined body awareness and discipline into her yoga teaching. Yoga became her primary spiritual and restorative practice as she transitioned from the performing arts. Tessa offers a grounded yet technically informed approach to movement, creating classes that emphasize deep somatic awareness.

Nicole lives in Rancho Palos Verdes and was born and raised in the South Bay of Los Angeles.
With a foundation in athletics, coaching, and functional movement, her work blends strength, mindfulness, and intentional care. She specializes in prenatal and postpartum yoga and co-created and teaches a childbirth education class. Nicole also curates gatherings and circles that bring ritual and meaning into motherhood, supporting women physically, emotionally, and spiritually through pregnancy and beyond.

Courtney lives in Torrance and was born and raised in Redondo Beach.
With a background in kinesiology and a lifelong foundation in athletic movement, her work is rooted in both science and embodied experience. Courtney specializes in prenatal and postpartum yoga, drawing from advanced training in yoga, integrative nutrition, and doula care. She is deeply respected in the perinatal community for her steady, informed approach and her ability to support women through pregnancy and early motherhood with skill and care.

She also offers Jungian-informed tarot as a reflective tool, supporting insight and inner wisdom.
