The Well & The Spring
Wellspring was created by two women whose natural approaches to rest, movement, and renewal became the foundation of the space.
Farnaz N. Reneker is our well — the depth, the stillness, the remembrance. Her presence clears what has grown clouded and returns what has been scattered. In her, Wellspring finds its center, the sacred stillness beneath all movement.
Dr. Kelly Waggoner is our spring — the outflow, the breath, the renewal. She brings voice to what the heart feels, turning internal tides into expression and rhythm. In her, Wellspring finds its motion, the breath that keeps the waters alive.
Together, they form the circle that Wellspring is built on: the inhale and the exhale, the well and the spring, the return and the flow.

Co-Founder, Wellspring & Founder & Respected Energy-Healer & Medium, The Temple Architect
Farnaz N. Reneker
Farnaz is a Co-Founder of Wellspring & Founder of The Temple Architect. She is a healing practitioner and intuitive channel: a keeper of the unseen, a calibrator of coherence, and a designer of harmonic spaces for soul remembrance.
After an accomplished career as a physical architect (yes, she designed actual buildings), she now architects calibrated, sacred energetic temples where the body can reorganize, the breath can return to rhythm, and the nervous system can remember how to rest. Her work translates what the field reveals – subtle, encoded information – into embodied insight that helps humans understand, inhabit, and restore their original design.
Working through sound, breath, and the unified energy field, she creates the precise conditions your inner architecture needs to realign itself. She listens beneath the surface to your breath, body, and field and designs an energetic environment that brings everything back into rhythm.
She doesn’t “heal” you. She builds the field where your system can heal itself.
In private sessions or group sound journeys, Farnaz constructs a living temple – a sanctuary of breath, sound, and coherence – so you can feel safe enough to return to your original design.
