Tools for Living Well is an ongoing workshop series created by Dr. Kelly Waggoner to support the real work of being human.

Each workshop explores the underlying patterns that shape how we think, feel, and relate, and offers practical tools to meet life with greater awareness, resilience, and authenticity.

Rooted in Dr. Kelly’s two decades of experience as a clinical psychologist, the series reflects a modern, integrative approach to healing. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, somatic awareness, and contemplative traditions, the work recognizes that meaningful change does not happen through insight alone. Lasting transformation emerges through the integration of mind, body, heart, and lived experience.

Whether attending a single workshop or engaging the full series, participants gain practical tools that support emotional clarity, healthier relationships, and a deeper connection to themselves.

Reneker, a mystic and channel for the divine feminine, this program merges the profound wisdom of depth psychology with the timeless teachings of spiritual traditions.   • The body carries important information about our emotional and relational world. In this workshop, participants learn to recognize and interpret bodily signals, developing a deeper connection to intuition, emotional awareness, and embodied presence.

  • Many behaviors and reactions operate automatically. This workshop introduces practices that strengthen the inner observer, helping participants recognize habitual patterns and respond to life with greater awareness and choice.

  • Early experiences shape many of the ways we relate to ourselves and others. This workshop explores how those patterns form and offers compassionate tools to build a more supportive and nurturing inner relationship.

  • The parts of ourselves that were once rejected, hidden, or misunderstood can continue to influence our lives unconsciously. This workshop introduces the foundations of shadow work, supporting participants in bringing these aspects into awareness so they can be integrated rather than suppressed.

  • Healing is not only about addressing pain. This workshop explores the body’s capacity for pleasure, vitality, and life force as essential elements of a fully lived life.

Dr. Kelly is a Co-Founder and Director of Integrative Wellness for Wellspring. As a clinical psychologist and integrative wellness expert, she is known for her innovative approach to whole-person healing, combining evidence-based modalities, somatic awareness, mindfulness, spirituality, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Through Wellspring, Dr. Kelly creates transformative spaces for authentic growth, leading meditation classes, workshops, and professional training programs that empower others to embrace holistic practices. She is also a mentor to fellow therapists, guiding mentees to expand their skill sets and adopt heart-centered, innovative approaches to care.
