Advanced Practices for Meditation and Inner Coherence
Facilitated by Farnaz N. Reneker
This workshop explores the intentional use of color and vibrational frequency as practical tools for meditation, self-healing, and inner coherence. Designed for those with prior experience in contemplative or energy-based practices, the session offers a refined framework for working with color as an applied frequency rather than a symbolic concept.
Participants will examine how color frequencies interact with the subtle body, nervous system, and collective field, shaping perception, emotional states, and patterns of experience. Drawing from both contemporary energy-based models and ancient teachings (including the 12 universal rays) this workshop provides clear, usable methods for engaging color consciously to support regulation, clarity, and coherence.
Through guided practices, participants learn how to apply color frequencies to deepen meditation, stabilize attention, and support self-healing processes. Emphasis is placed on discernment, direct experience, and integration, allowing insights to be translated into daily practice rather than remaining theoretical.
This is a hands-on, experiential workshop that supports practitioners in refining their relationship to frequency, light, and awareness—offering tools that can be used independently for ongoing meditation and inner alignment.
