An Embodiment Workshop
Facilitated by Kendra Day
In times of uncertainty and constant stimulation, it can be easy to fall into reaction, overwhelm, or disconnection from ourselves. This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect to the body, and explore what it means to consciously create from a more grounded and regulated state.
Inspired by the work of Dr. Sue Morter and the teachings within The Energy Codes and The Anatomy of Awakening, this immersive experience combines breathwork, guided reflection, energetic awareness, and practical embodiment tools to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and intentional living.
Together, we’ll explore how stress patterns, emotional states, and unconscious habits shape the way we experience and respond to life — and how reconnecting to the intelligence of the body can open space for greater clarity, creativity, and alignment.
This workshop is for those who:
Feel called toward something more but cannot yet fully name it
Have a vision or desire but feel stuck bringing it into form
Want to cultivate more calm, clarity, and connection in daily life
Are curious about embodiment, energy, and conscious creation
What to expect:
Foundational practices in embodiment and energetic awareness
Breathwork and nervous system regulation tools
Guided self-inquiry and reflection
Exploration of how emotions and patterns influence what we create
Practical tools to reconnect with presence, clarity, and inner direction
Participants will leave with a deeper connection to themselves, a greater understanding of the relationship between energy and creation, and practical ways to engage life from a more grounded and intentional place.
