Focus: Living the Practice
This three-hour immersive is a chance to slow down, turn inward, and use the breath to better understand what is happening within you.
Our breath can show us a lot. It can bring our attention to feelings, tension, emotions, or patterns we may not notice in everyday life. It can also help us stay present when something feels uncomfortable, uncertain, or difficult.
We’ll begin with a simple teaching called Living the Practice, exploring how the breath can help us notice what we’re feeling and how we respond to it. We’ll look at what happens when we reach our edges, where we tend to resist or pull away, and how the breath can help us stay with an experience without needing to immediately change it.
You’ll also learn a simple breathing practice you can use in everyday life – something to return to when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.
From there, Jenna will guide you through a full breathwork journey. You’ll have space to explore what comes up, follow the breath, and experience the practice for yourself.
We’ll close with time to rest, reflect, and integrate what you experienced.
Whether this is your first experience with breathwork or something you already practice, this immersive is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with your breath and learn how to use it as a supportive tool in everyday life.
The breath is always with us. This practice is about learning how to return to it when we need it most.
