Through her original songs and the stories that shaped them, Courtney offers a tender window into her own journey through grief, change, and transformation. In her sharing, you are invited to notice where your own story echoes – where loss has softened into wisdom, where uncertainty has made room for growth, and where gratitude quietly persists alongside it all.

The evening culminates in a 30–45 minute sound immersion with live instruments, voice, and crystal bowls tuned to 528Hz: an invitation to slow your breath, rest your nervous system, and gently unwind what no longer needs to be carried forward.
