The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance between light and dark – a turning point in the Earth’s cycle when the days begin to lengthen and new life stirs. Honored across cultures as a time of renewal, the Equinox invites us to step out of dormancy and into motion, aligning with the rising energy of growth, clarity, and forward momentum. It is a threshold of integration, where what has been gestating beneath the surface begins to take form.
As the Earth reawakens, we are called to bring conscious attention to what we are ready to cultivate. This is a time to clarify intentions, restore equilibrium, and align our inner rhythms with the natural world’s unfolding. The Equinox reminds us that balance is not static – it is an active, living relationship between rest and action, receptivity and expression.
Ceremony offers a container to mark this transition with presence and intention. Gathering in community, we create space to reflect, set aligned intentions, and consciously step into the next phase of growth. Through ritual, we attune to the Earth’s rhythms and our own capacity for renewal and expansion.
The experience culminates in a Gong Bath, a vibrational sound immersion designed to support integration, energetic clearing, and recalibration. The resonant tones of the gong move through the body and nervous system, helping to restore coherence, release residual stagnation, and open awareness. In this receptive state, participants are supported in grounding their intentions and attuning to the emerging light of the season.
Come prepared to meet this threshold with clarity and presence. Together, we will honor the balance of the Equinox and plant the energetic seeds for the cycle of growth ahead.
