A Breathwork Immersive
This three-hour immersive offers space to slow down, turn inward, self-study, and work directly with the breath as a tool for awareness and release.
Breathwork can bring attention to what’s already present beneath the surface: sensations in the body, emotional patterns, or moments of clarity that are often missed in day-to-day life. This experience is designed to help you notice and stay with what arises, in a supported and intentional way.
We’ll begin with a short, practical teaching on Mapping the Inner Landscape: a simple framework for understanding how the breath moves through the body and how different experiences can show up during breathwork. From there, you’ll be guided through an active breathwork journey with Breathwork Meditation Coach and Healer, Jenna Reiss, followed by time to rest, reflect, and integrate.
This is a space to build awareness, expand capacity, and develop a more direct relationship with your internal experience, using the breath as the entry point.
Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to it, this immersive offers a clear and supported way to explore your inner landscape through the breath.
