In this workshop, you'll learn to listen to your body’s wisdom.
Your body is continuously registering what's happening in you and around you. It tracks what nourishes you, what depletes you, what's true, and what's been waiting to move through. Most of us learned to override these signals to belong, perform, or stay safe. The cost is disconnection from a more reliable source of knowing.
This workshop is a return to the language of the body. Through teaching and experiential practice, we'll work with the body as a source of intuition, discernment, and emotional processing. You'll leave with practical tools you can use the same day.

The body as a source of direct, unfiltered information
The difference between cognitive thought and somatic knowing
Resonance and dissonance as your internal compass for everyday choices
How to ask the body what it needs and trust the answer that comes
A practice for feeling and metabolizing emotion at the body level, before the mind takes over
