Cultivating Aliveness Through Intuitive Movement and Dance
Facilitated by Rasa DiSalvo
This guided movement practice invites participants into slow, intuitive exploration as a pathway back to the body’s natural rhythm. Rather than choreography or performance, the focus is on listening inward – allowing movement to arise organically through sensation, breath, and awareness.
Participants are encouraged to move gently and honestly, exploring what feels nourishing and supportive within their own boundaries and capacity. There is no right way to move and no outcome to achieve. The experience emphasizes embodied flow, self-trust, and reconnecting with movement as a source of vitality, ease, and presence.
Held within a respectful and supportive group environment, this practice creates space to deepen body awareness, reconnect with sensation, and attune to the quiet intelligence of the body.
Participants may experience:
Greater comfort moving authentically and without self-judgment
Reconnection to the body through dance as a source of nourishment
A deeper relationship with personal rhythm and body awareness
Increased confidence in following the body’s signals
Awareness of the pelvis as a center of grounding and vitality
Emotional release and a renewed sense of aliveness
