Immersive Session 4
Capacity: Expanding Our Ability to Experience Life
Facilitated by Dr. Kelly Waggoner & Farnaz N. Reneker
The Deeper Well is an immersive series for women exploring what it means to live well from the inside out.
Bringing together depth psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and embodied practices, the series explores the many layers that shape how women experience themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
In this immersive session, we explore our internal capacity to experience and remain present with the full range of life, including emotion, uncertainty, connection, change, and growth. We examine how nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and energetic practices can help us develop greater stability and openness as our consciousness expands.
Topics of Exploration
Emotional, mental, physical, relational, and energetic capacity
The nervous system and our ability to remain present with experience
Regulation, resilience, and the window of tolerance
The relationship between awareness and capacity
Recognizing contraction, overwhelm, and protective responses
Expanding our internal capacity through gradual, embodied practice
Each immersive session stands on its own and can be experienced individually, while together they offer a deeper, progressive exploration of the whole self: mind, body, energy, and spirit.
