Immersive Session 5
Inner Authority: Developing Discernment and Self-Trust
Facilitated by Dr. Kelly Waggoner & Farnaz N. Reneker
The Deeper Well is an immersive series for women exploring what it means to live well from the inside out.
Bringing together depth psychology, ancient wisdom traditions, and embodied practices, the series explores the many layers that shape how women experience themselves, their relationships, and the world around them.
In this immersive session, we explore how we develop a more conscious relationship with our own inner guidance while recognizing the influence of external expectations, conditioning, and unconscious motivations. Through discernment and self-trust, we strengthen our ability to make choices that reflect our values, lived wisdom, and authentic understanding.
Topics of Exploration
External authority versus inner authority
Intuition, instinct, emotion, and conditioned responses
Discernment versus certainty
Recognizing fear, projection, desire, and unconscious bias
Developing self-trust through observation and lived experience
Personal responsibility, boundaries, and conscious choice
Receiving guidance without surrendering personal authority
Each immersive session stands on its own and can be experienced individually, while together they offer a deeper, progressive exploration of the whole self: mind, body, energy, and spirit.
